Information About Us
OK, I'll tell you a bit more about us and this website.
We are both born in the '80s and living in the Netherlands. We both graduated a couple of years ago and are now working full time. But working is definitely not the only thing we do. We also like to "go out and see the world". Most of the time one of us takes notes during our trips and holidays, hence the website title "travellernotes". The site is a follow-up of one of our previous websites called "Austria Hiking Tours". Because this site was mainly about hiking and climbing in Austria it was also a little restricted (bit weird to talk about Spain on that site, not ?). Therefore we decided to set up a new, more general site and this is the result!
At this site visitors can read our travel report to various countries and places, for example (amongst others): Austria, Great Britain and Spain. But not only that! Hiking and car trips are also available as "tour descriptions". These can be used for planning trips or as a guide (please read the disclaimer first before using any content on this website!). Because we're Dutch, the site is also translated into the Dutch language. There's a lot to see on this website, so if you don't know what to click next, have a look at the "Website Tour" item in the menu at the left.
